Offer contract

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. This Offer Agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement") is an offer (offer) of LLC "Name of Your Company" (hereinafter - the "Executor") to enter into an agreement on the provision of aerial gymnastics training services with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter - the "Client ").

1.2. According to this Agreement, the Client confirms his agreement with the conditions specified in this Agreement, which is equivalent to signing a written agreement.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with aerial gymnastics training services in accordance with the training program agreed with the Client.

2.2. A description of the services, their cost and other conditions are provided on the Contractor's website or in individual offers.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1. The contractor undertakes:

• provide the services in the scope and in the terms specified in the individual offer or on the website.
• Inform the Client about changes in the training schedule or other conditions of service provision.

3.2. The client undertakes:

• They will fulfill the terms of this Agreement and pay for the services in a timely manner.
• Observe the rules of behavior and safety during training.

4. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

4.1. The cost of services is determined in accordance with the price list posted on the Contractor's website.

4.2. Payment is made by transferring funds to the Contractor's bank account or in another way agreed with the Contractor.

5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

5.1. In case of violation of the terms of this Agreement, the guilty party shall bear responsibility in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. The Contractor is not responsible for any damage or injury caused to the Client as a result of the latter's violation of safety rules during training.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1. All disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement or in connection with it shall be resolved through negotiations between the Parties.

6.2. In case of impossibility of reaching an agreement, disputes are referred to the court for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

7. CHANGES AND SUPPLEMENT TO THE AGREEMENT

7.1. The Contractor has the right to amend this Agreement without prior agreement with the Client. All changes enter into force from the moment of their publication on the website of the Performer.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. This Agreement enters into force from the moment of its acceptance by the Client and is effective for the fulfillment of obligations by the parties.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. All issues not regulated by this Agreement are regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.
